Run a small marketing agency (7 employees)

Hey all,


Made the least from wantrepreneur to entrepreneur this year and it's going great. However I'm in that "grow our die"phase, where I can either keep killing myself and hunting for deals and working with clients myself, or start to scale. I've chosen that latter, and I'm having a hard time"letting go of the vine" and letting my employees do the work. I mean I'm letting them do it... But I'm having a constant panic attack because I want to be working with them more!!!

Any advice? I know I should be focusing on corporate culture, precesses and procedures, and other things like that.. but I hate doing things that don't generate revenue... Freaks me out haha.

Words of wisdom would be appreciated.
