I have been absorbing as much knowledge as possible from this site over the last year and haven't noticed many topics regarding business in smaller towns and rural areas. Does this mean that the best choice for incubating a fastlane startup is larger more populated areas? Does this only apply to b&m businesses or online as well? I know internet connections and logistics play a role in the success of many businesses? If there are fastlane members that are attempting, have attempted, or succeeded in starting a small business of some kind in a rural area , I would love to hear how you approached and conquered the prevailing issues of starting a business in that type of area. Are the demographics totally different from urban areas? What were the challenges you faced and were you able to overcome them? Thanks in advance everyone for your input.
