Hello everyone, I've been lurking on the forum for a while and soaking up all the great info. I finished the book and can say it's probably the best on the subject on "making it".
I'm 31 and from the great state of PA, and interested real estate, own a few rentals, internet marketing, as well as a few brick and mortar ideals in my head.
IMHO this is the best forum for entrepreneurship, hopefully I can contribute to it with some of my background in real estate, as well as my life experiences. Roc
