Hello everybody from the magnificient Rome, in Italy.
I'm 45 and came to MJ's book by an Amazon suggestion (I'm reading it currently).
As a background, I work in the management consulting business, so I would pose myself in a sort of accelerated slowlane, since I earn a more than decent living while not trading (all) 5 days of slavery versus two days of freedom (yes, it's correct, also management consultants can have a life of their own....:smug2
Probably also because of my culture, I am passionate about delivery value through my ideas and initiatives, however I would like to do so in a much more free and personal way than my job allows. I've always been a strong advocate of the importance of understanding buyers' values not simply following own passions, as MJ sharply underlines in the book, so, indeed, my goal is to give a further change to my life and drive it toward the fastline by inventing, creating, leveraging or nurturing a business idea that can be of value, significant value, for as many people as possible.
That's all for the time being. I don't want neither to bother with too long presentations, nor to exagerate with my "Godfather" English.
I look forward to an enriching experience on the forum, hoping to provide, also thanks to my background, some valuable advice or ideas to the other fastlaners.
