Scaling Up The Business

Hey I just started maybe 1 or 2 months ago buying cell phones off of Craigslist and selling them on eBay. While I got nothing less than 100% return, greatest being 300% return, I still feel the need to scale up. The only way I will make good money doing this is to have a mass amount of people to buy product from, more items=more profit. I wanted to create a website Like NextWorth, or Gazelle that appraises your item based on the questions that you answer. To be honest I dont know where to start, but I know that I want to determine small specific goals that will eventually get me to where I want to be. I know how I will get the capitol; which is through flipping more phones and income from my job, but I don't know the marketing aspect or how to drive customers to the site, I don't even know if I can capture even a fraction of the customers that gazelle and next worth have. Any Suggestions as to scaling this business would be appreciated, it does not have to be only a website.

BTW I am 18 years old and just starting college come September..........
