It’s simple in theory:
Yet, the moment comes when you don’t feel like it. And you realize your brain is not your friend anymore. You tell yourself, "If I force it, I won’t do good enough work." You rationalize skipping it. The gym feels impossible today. No music, bad vibes, no energy. and as a result you wont be able to train harder than last time…
