I have developed a simple spreadsheet on Microsoft Excel that fills a void in a niche market. I have googled every possible search term I can think of and have searched eBay and it seems there isn't anything in the market like this one.

My question:

Can I sell products I develop in Excel? Do I need permission from Microsoft?
