I am currently building my email list for my ecommerce business and I currently have double opt-in set up for the people that sign up.
For me, there is a decent amount that enter their email but never confirm their subscription.
My question is, can I send these people another "confirm your subscription" email or would that be legally or ethically wrong?
It feels like this is a grey area but I also know from personal experience that I can sign up for an email list and then completely forget about confirming the subscription.
