Healthy habits are one of the most important keys to success. Not just financially but really in every aspect of life. Let's share some of the healthy habits here that we all have developed over the time. It does not matter whether you have acquired the habit more or less consciously or not.

Some habits that have found their way into my life recently:
  • Keep a diary, adding at least one entry every day. Often those entries also include an "image of the day"
  • Connect with a friend by other means than Social Media
  • Daily physical exercise
I am using https://lift.do/ in order to keep track of my habits by the way. Their service is free and they provide an iPhone App (not sure about Android) as well.
