"An individual claiming to be a former employee of Google’s advertising service, AdSense, postedshocking allegations to the website Pastebin Tuesday suggesting that the company willfully stole money from numerous publishers using its service over the course of five years.
Choosing only to identify himself as a former Google employee for fear of possible legal actions that the company might take, the whistleblower claims that from 2009 to present, Google implemented a policy to shut down AdSense user accounts that had accrued high earnings prior to payout periods in order to avoid issuing payments."
So if any of you guys got the short end of the stick during this time, you know what's been happening.
But then again.. it's their business and can do whatever they like. Who is anyone to tell them who they can and cannot keep on their service? Nobody, that's who.
Control is in their hands, and any publishers relying solely on Google for their paychecks is in for a bumpy ride.
