Should I be Anti-Competitive?

Highly successful people do what others won't or cannot do, which explains why the fastlane tends to be quite difficult... There is no set path. You have to make up your own path! (unlike the slowlane)

This led me to this question... If you had a topical weight loss formula that you wanted made up and tested, would you have the compounding pharmacist sign some kind of non-compete/confidentiality agreement before handing him/her the ingredients?

Makes sense for me to do so. If they get the ingredients, find out that it works, then they are another person that can do what I do (they'd definitely be smarter than me too). They would be more knowledgable about getting this kind of product mass produced than me, since I've never done anything like this, and I just handed it to them for free.

Having them sign something just seems a bit over the top at this stage. Only a few people would take the initiative to start a business. But you never know...
