Should we carry Life and Disability Insurance through the LLC?

I can't determine whether I want to keep this in the Operating Agreement or not, but should I make it a requirement to have the business expense to cover Disability and Life Insurance on the members of the LLC and have this treated as an asset to the business? Any thoughts about this or you (yourself) are having your business provide it? Thanks again everyone.
