Long story short, a customer made a purchase on Tuesday of last week. He payed for Priority 2 Day Shipping and that is what he received. Once the package was shipped, he received a USPS Tracking # and I logged it in my records.
On Friday I checked to see if the packaged was delivered and it was. Saturday the customer emailed me saying that he received nothing in the mail. I apologized, refunded him his shipping cost + 10$ and promised to mail him another package of my product (this time a 30 pack instead of the 20 pack that he originally ordered), plus an extra pack of 5 which would be shipped on another day (which was today).
The 30 pack package was mailed Monday and the tracking # reported that it was delivered today. The guy emailed me earlier today saying that he has received nothing in the mail and that he would contact USPS.
He emailed me at 3:01 PM. Most people are at work around this time. B/c of this, I am picturing some guy sitting at home collecting SSI, trying to get his $ back after getting some free stuff.
I responded to him letting him know that I will contact USPS as well.
Does it sound like this guy is BSing? Because at this point, that is how I am going to treat this case.
