Right now, im working full time, I fix computers on the side and I have started a small vending business.
I used my income taxes last year to pay for my machines and when i fix computers, I make good money but i get burnt out sometimes. And one thing that I want to make sure I dont do, is neglect my wife while im trying to futher this business.
I think a lot of me being burnt out is me working three things at one time. The vending isnt so bad since its only a couple times every two weeks for now. But mixing computers with my day job just gets old. Def if I have a customer that needs me now and not when I get off.
I feel the way to fix it would be to just do one or the other. I dont want to work for someone for the rest of my life which keeps me going in my own venture. But im 23, Banks wont touch me, cant seem to find notable investors in my area, and I dont have the capital to start my own store or even just do computers full time. And I would hate to risk leaving my current job to try out computers full time without some backing.
My reasearch shows that the vending should start making good money between the 7-13 year mark when I start getting 50 or more machines up and running. (right now I have 2) But Im scared about waiting. (or impatient), but i realize waiting is necessary with low capital.
I cant advertise as much as i want due to funds, so what do I do?
Whats a good idea to advertise and get my name out without cold calling, and spending lots of money on flyers, ads, and so forth?
Thanks for any input!
