I need to pull hundreds of contact info's from various websites and the task is more than a little daunting and boring. I've thought about sitting down in front of the confuser for a few days and seeing what I can do. I've also thought about outsourcing the work through Elance.
Then I thought, I wonder if there is a software program that does this already and I could then upload the data into Outlook automatically. Anybody ever heard/seen/used anything like this? Would save me a lot of time and energy.
Also, I just launched my new website on Tuesday - Mountain Town Vacation Rental. It's a vacation rental listing service aimed at the mountain town communities across the globe. So far, I've been able to get 80+ likes on Facebook for the site (crazy, because most the likes come from the SE States and I live in British Columbia, Canada). I need to get listings though. I'm offering FREE starter listings and FREE help getting set up on the site.
I realize this site will take some time to get up and running and to get listings on it. I'm going to start call calling/email VR homeowners next week (in communities near to where I live) to start with, but what else can I do to persuade VR home owners to list on the site?:huh2: Any ideas or feedback would be appreciated.
Thanks,
Scott
