Currently use QB online and that is about it. looking to adopt a workflow..time management...tool... I have looked at
- TSheets
- Basecamp3
- Asana
- Smart Sheets
I want to know what else is out there and what other agencies are using.
- I want to be able to
- track and have an approval process for jobs
- Know the cost of all my jobs
- * Have a alarm when a job goes over a time limit
- know who is what on what and for how long
- * be sure producers are not working on non approved projects or at least know that they are monitored
