I was reading MJs new book and he talks about Saturated Markets like Personal Trainers or Ecom shops that sell the same product over and over and also talked about surplus value and how good marketing can turn that the relative value.
At the moment I'm also working with an Agency Coach by helping him with Community Management and I see so many people helping Saturated Niches like Car Dealerships, Real Estate Agents, Personal Trainers, Chiropractors, Lawyers.
And I was just thinking if a guy has finished school for Personal Training or got his Real Estate License they're already biased towards their business model, so they try to fit in with the others however that's when we (FB Ads Specialist, PPC Specialist, Website Funnel Builder) come in play and reach out to them and help them get in front of their customers by repackaging their service as a new system / way and help them get clients.
Especially since most people in saturated markets don't run ads, or run traffic to a lead capture landing page.
In theory, you can start a SMMA pretty quickly, especially with the right guidance, but I know not everyone can afford to spend on course when they start out.
So I would say to get this book on how to start a Marketing Agency and grow it organically, this guy literally shows everything and I worked with SMMA Coaches too and this is what they teach too (The biggest upside to getting a coach is accountability and the positive support you get when you find yourself in the desert of desertion).
It's like 4 dollars on Kindle, and it's the best investment you will ever make if you are trying to run a PPC / WEB Agency:
