The Program - Start-Up Chile
Start Up Chile is a Chilean govt paid seed capital program for startups that will reimburse participants $40,000 in expenses including travel/living expenses with no debt/equity obligations. You have to live in Chile (it's based in Santiago, 1.5 hrs from coast) for 6 months during the program where you are with dozens of other startups working on your business and collaborating/networking with their contact network.
Interestingly enough, there are hardly any restrictions to this program. You have to be a startup less than 2 yrs old. You do not need to employ Chileans nor locate your business there. Most of them are online startups. They want the business to be scalable and have some global application appeal.

My buddy just got accepted today and I may be going down there for a couple weeks/month while he is there for a break from the MN winter, haha. I may be applying for a biz concept I am working on for a near future round.
Any other similar incubator/startup programs people run across, post here. Could be a nice resource thread for startup assistance.
