HI there, at 39 I'm starting over, again. Recently moved to tbilisi, Georgia from the UK after living 12 years in London with the hope to escape the rat race. Back in 2020 I started an online frozen meal delivery service, with 100% organic, ready-to-eat meals delivered directly to customers’ doors based in UK. I managed every aspect of the business — from product development and sourcing organic ingredients to designing the online store and overseeing daily operations. I led marketing campaigns, managed inventory, coordinated deliveries, and ensured a seamless shopping experience. I got the sales up to around £1500/month, but unfortunately after 3 years my saving account was exhausted and I could not maintain it anymore. The business never made it to be profitable. Of course I did many mistakes described in MJ DeMarco's books. Long story short, after I closed down the business, I went back to " time prostitution" working a regular job bringing in enough to pay the bills. With my recent moov I hope to have the time and headspace to create my fastlane life. Please let me know if anyone has some advice. Thank you.
