Hey guys,
just came back from my trip in Spain. One thing I found great was getting Protein Yogurt at the local grocery store or cafeterias, which had 25-30g of protein conveinetly packed in a relatively small bottle. As with lots of protein shakes I find at the convience store in Canada, I was expecting it to taste nasty. But the citrus fruits really masked the taste. They had a cookies and cream one and that one had the typical protein aftertaste.
Just made my own version of it and will test with various ingredients. Only had my peanut butter flavored whey to use (yuck), but it still seems alright. Would love any feedback or suggestions. I found only 1 protein yogurt brand with a relatively major presence online, but regardless, I've never been really able to find them in stores.
