Steal website idea/concept for different market?

So I am a paying member on a website which lets me post ads, turns inventory I add into websites etc. I want to take this idea and modify it. The site literally has everything I want in my website just for a completely different market.

Is there anyway I can take the script including the methods they use to auto post ads, turn "inventory" I upload into a personal website, etc. and modify it to suit myself? I clearly do not have the resources to make it from scratch plus they've done a great job. It would be so much quicker and save a ton of $$ for me to fine tune it instead of make one from scratch.
