I've been sitting on an idea for a skincare product for a while now in an industry that dominated by a few big players.
One of them has been very successful with great marketing/branding and customers are raving about their product on Amazon. The product is targeted very broad though to a wide variety of customers.
Think of their product being Tylenol and mine being Excedrin Migraine Relief.
Would it be unethical or even smart to approach their supplier/replicate their formula, and market it to a more niche group and carve out a slice of the pie?
