Time and time again people "fail" simply because they reach a wall. The wall is the comfort zone.
When the comfort zone boundary is reached, there are two choices.
1) Venture into the unknown, stretch the comfort zone, put yourself in a situation you have never been in before, learn something new, do something new (and scary)
2) Quit.
We've probably all heard that the definition of insanity is continuing to do the same thing over and over and expecting different results. If we want to grow in our businesses and our financial lives, then grow, expand, and learn we must.
Still, stretching - or stepping out of - that comfort zone can be scary. It takes a strong mindset and a proactive attitude to step beyond your current limits. Some people may even set up a regular "program" for stretching the comfort zone. For Example, you can make a commitment to do something that makes you "uncomfortable" once a week - say, every Saturday morning.
