I am studying in real estate to become a realtor; I like the course but I think I'm gonna quit. The fastlane lifestyle is much more interesting than being in the rat race for my entire life.

Quit or stay, I have no idea. If I quit, the worst that can happen is work a shitty job to fund my fastlane business and be my own boss. If I stay, I will have a great career and I will also be my own boss.
I don't know what to do!
