Hello, I'm new here, I read The Millionaire Fastlane (currently reading/listening to Unscripted ) and realized that this was the only way I'd be able to guarantee my family's safety and prosperity is to start a business.
I'm 22 and work as a Software Developer, I was mostly self-taught. However the biggest obstacle I face is value creation, largely because I'm socially disconnected. However I think I've stumbled upon an execution that obeys CENTS. I was thinking to myself "nobody will pay for this, there are popular and free alternatives to it." I decided that it's solving a problem that the free options don't currently serve. Then as I started working on it I had another value skew. Suddenly it seems like a less shitty idea.
I'm still quite early into the project, so I'm not sure how it will work out. Has anyone else had similar experiences to this? I suppose it's similar to MJ pivoting from Limo Directory to Lead Generation, although I'm not sure about if he was competing with free stuff.
Also, since I'm creating a thread is studying STEM books a good idea for coming up with value creation? I think knowing what's possible is something that can lead to more ideas and value creation, but I don't want to start action faking.
