Most of them, especially the sneakers, don't look very good.
More people are starting to wear lifts and use insoles nowadays then ever before, so im thinking this is a great untapped market.
I would personally totally buy a stylish pair of sneakers that also functions as lifts. I know others that would as well. But i wouldn't wanna wear ugly sneakers just to get extra height.
I have absolutely no clue how to get started with this though. I don't know anything about shoe design and shoe manufacturing. Perhaps designing some kind of extra comfortable insoles would be the way to go?
maybe do some research/development with different shoe sole materials or something lol
