I am such a logical thinker and sometimes it's my downfall. My idea of doing well in business is to make a plan, assess resources, act on plan, adjust if needed, and, presto, SUCCESS. Because of my natural inclination I really read too much into a little success. Kinda like, OK I did all the work, now success come to me. Then I may have some success and I want to sit back and marvel at it. Then it goes away and I feel defeated.
I have to remember, success is not linear. You will have setbacks and challenges you never even considered. Yes, you celebrate successes, but that is not the end of the journey. You keep on working your plan and/or make a new plan to preserve the success you have attained. Good luck to all.:cheers:
