I just started the audio book Success Principles by Jack Canfield. Highly recommended!
While Jack's advice isn't always fastlane, his way of describing accountability and taking responsibility is excellent.
Canfield has a great easy going voice and attitude without being over enthusiastic (emphasis when needed). This is a personal preference of mine as I like to listen to certain audio books in the evening while relaxing and listening to a fountain or what have you.
Many other self help writers convey some of the same messages in a nutshell, but often not in a relaxed tone. For example, I love Tony Robbins, but I can only take a few minutes of him at a time while relaxing, as he makes you "get out of your chair" with his super enthusiasm.
