I am trying to form a survey to take to Medical offices in order to help scope out problems that the office managers face in logistics. However I am having problems with whether the questions are appropriate or not. I believe they may be a little more open and receptive to me considering I am a college student from a school and generally people enjoy helping the community and students from the community.
IE: A couple I wanted input on is:
On estimate how much does your Medical Office spend on paper monthly?
(I feel this one may be to invasive)
or
How do you think the use of large amounts of paper in your office affects productivity from a quality control standpoint?
(Does this seem like a slanted question to you that may slant their answers or too confusing?)
or
Do you feel there would be any downfalls in integrating a Paperless/Electronic system in your office?
(I am worried about this one because I feel it could be viewed as job threatening.)
Thanks in advance for your help guys!
