Heading back from my morning walk today I realised I don't try to talk to anyone.
There was an an old man on my way home taking photos and I pondered whether I should ask him what the time was as I don't bring my phone.
I decided against the idea but I remembered what the majority
of the people on this forum and MJ DeMarco say which is to take action ( also a quote from David Goggin's came to mind),
so I just did it, it felt pretty good going against the the norms of my mind.
later on during the day I saw a homeless man playing a guitar, everyone around him acted as if he didn't exist ( too busy on their phones , purposely
ignoring him etc) so I did the opposite of everyone, I just gave him a quick thumbs up and said "keep up the good work".
I know how important small things like that can mean to people and how taking small actions like this can develop myself, so I'll try my best to continue on.
