Targeting the wealthy - E-commerce

I have been searching around for a while for dropshippers. I came across a shoe supplier I have been talking to for a while now, I never made the leap to start up the store yet. The shoes are in the $400-$900 range. i get 40% off the retail price and can sell them and whatever price I want.

Since the shoes are very expensive whats the best course of action I should take here? I have been reading about sales funnel's. Any tips on how can I apply all of this to make it a successful business I can live off of?
