Started business a few months ago and want to make sure I am doing the sales taxes part of it right. Just at the end of Quarter 3, I made revenues of over $1,000. What I am wondering is if I file state sales taxes (Colorado)?
Do these need to be filed ever quarter? Every month? Can I defer to the end of the year since it isn't that high?
I have an LLC filed for in Colorado.
This can actually be considered a state sale versus an online sale as I conducted business in person. Going forward most of my sales will be online so would I still have to pay sales tax on this?
