WHERE AM I FROM? WHERE DO I LIVE?
Born and raised in Dallas Texas, I have lived all over the big state and currently reside outside South Padre Island near the border of Mexico (its hot here but we have a beautiful island/beach!).
WHAT BROUGHT ME HERE? WHAT DO I INTEND ON CREATING?
I first read MJ's TMF book in 2015 but I didn't apply anything. I just absorbed the content and continued on. Two years later I realized I am in a worse situation than I was in 2015 so it was time to realize what I was working on wasn't working. My goal hasn't changed since graduating from college: achieve financial freedom and life abundance with my relationships, my health, and my value to the world.
MY STORY TIMELINE
1989 – Introduction to Apple Computers
Raised by a single parent with two younger brothers, my Mom encouraged me to play with our Apple Macintosh II. I proceeded to print the universe by going through reams of paper and full black ink pages. I was not reprimanded. (Age seven)
1992 – Hard Work, Morning Routine, Money Acquisition
Had a paper route, learned responsibility and importance of clean socks. I woke myself up, got dressed, and delivered papers on my bike before sunrise. I think there were less criminals back then?
1995 – Analytical Thought Instillation
Learned HTML, played a lot of chess, went to a K-12th technology school encouraging creativity. I was a rebel and I loved it.
1997 – eBay $$, Junior Olympics, and I Got Fired
I made money (affiliate commissions) promoting this new unheard of website called, eBay. I competed in the junior olympics in TaeKwonDo. I was an intern for a network-television broadcast music design company (CNN, HBO, FOX, etc.). I sent an invoice (as requested by the owner) for 3k for making 3d illustrations of the companies logo and making their website. I was immediately fired and was told, “the internet is just a fad and 3k was way too much money for my age.”
1998 – Learned the Art of Sales
Became a top sales rep for COMPUSA while running their Apple department. Played with computers even more.
2000 – Got a “Real” Job
Started a corporate career with a traditional Advertising Agency in Dallas. Worked my way to the Director of Internet Marketing. Excessive drugs, excessive alcohol, and frivolous spending was prevalent. The stress was heavy, the exploration was deep.
2002 – The Turning Point
Got arrested for drug possession. My world came crashing down. I recontextualized my perception of reality by experiencing the death and rebirth of the ego. My eyes opened. Consciousness exploded. It was a spiritual awakening that radically changed my life.
2004 – Societal Exit Strategy
The corporate exit and 100% self employed slave to my small biz clients. The hair loss commenced; the adrenals were heavily taxed.
2004 – 2015 The Blind Naive Wanderer
Started online companies, launched several products, services, worked with clients, business partners, and students. Chased money. Experienced deep depression. Struggled a lot! Realized, “I ain’t got no vision!” I have a horrible roadmap plan, I am listening to all the wrong people, I don't have the results I want despite incredible effort. Was introduced to and read TMF .
2016 – Realignment & Core Empowerment with Zero Action
Fired my low tier clients, closed my parasitic businesses and re-evaluated my plan. In 2016 I hired business coaches, life coaches, got mentors, read books, listened to personal dev audio programs, attended biz and personal dev seminars, networked, collaborated, joined forums, etc. etc. etc. massive information gathering with little action. Experienced overwhelm and info paralysis. Got further into debt. Didn't take responsibility. Contemplated giving up and joining the slowlane again for "stability" and realized I was just being a bitch who hasn't taken proper action.
2017 – Effective Strategies, Relentless Action, Actualizing my Plan
Let go of the past with gratitude. Realigned my energy again. Currently, focused only on essential actions to create my long-term financial freedom goals and abundance rich relationships, health, and mindset.
