Well, Hello there all you fastlaners & soon to be fastlaners! I thought I would do a introduction, as I have been lurking for a while, just gathering up as much information and knowledge as possible.

As I said in the title, I just turned 19 years old, and I live in Sweden. My 'entrepreneurial' life is still considered a start-up, but I am working on growing, ofcourse. ;)

Well, my whole life ( as long as I can remember, pretty much.) I have always been business-minded. A big part of my family has been and is very successful in business etc, so that has always been a motivation for me. My father is in real-estate/design/construction and has made it without any kind of education. My uncle is the opposite, atleast on the education part. Partner of a London private equity firm and has had big roles in Lehman brothers ETC. Works like crazy though. My cousin is also part of one biggest and fastest gowing e-commerce companies in Sweden. So I am truly surrounded by people which inspires me like hell.

Anyways.

As a 16 year old I started and run a business with 5 other friends, even though it was through school, which we ended up with having a 87% margin, making a total of around $6-8k. We live in a small town, and the activities for both young and older people after work/school is at a very low 'level' so we ended up setting up a event-business, orginizing events for all ages. Alot of local business liked what we were doing for the community, so we got sponsored quite alot. We even attented the national "business competition" in Sweden and won a few awards/money from the municipality. ( Think it's called that in English.)

Later, when I turned 18, I applied for The apprentice, ( http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/The_Apprentice_(UK_TV_series) which I was a really long shot, especially since I live in Sweden, but I did some white lies since my uncle lives in London. I thought 'what the hell, nothing is impossible!' and actually got through to the second part of auditions. Nothing to really talk about, but thought I could mention it anyways. :)

Lastly, just a couple of months ago, I saw a opportunity in a real estate deal where I live, bought a unit, my father providing the capital, of course, for $20k ( very cheap house prices I know. I live in a small town, as I said. ) and sold it just a couple of weeks ago for $52k. We invested around $7-8k in the unit, so that was a nice little deal we did. I also learned alot on the whole real estate gig since I did the paperwork and sold it all by myself. No broker etc.

Other than that, I just love business. As a whole. Can't get enough of it! I have been holding on to some ideas for some time which I hope I do something with. Maybe start my first business, and there couldn't be a better place to get knowledge, help and information from.

Sorry for any spelling mistakes, flumsy text or anything like that. My english isn't the best! Oh, and sorry for the wall of text too.

Thank you! :)
