Your brain is a thought factory. It produces an incalculable amount of thoughts everyday. This factory has been entrusted by two foremen that we will call Mr. Triumph and Mr. Defeat.
Mr. Triumph is in charge of the section of positive thoughts. His specialty is to provide you with reasons that you can succeed, that you have the necessary qualities to succeed.
The other Mr. Defeat, produces negative thoughts to down yourself. He his the specialist of incompetence, weakness and failure.
Misters Triomphe and Defeat are both of an exemplary obedience. They react immediatly. The more you will give a job in either two of these foremen, the more they will obey. If mister Defeat is more active, he will need more assistants and he will occupy more space in your mind. Progressively, he will take over all of your thoughts. As a result, these thoughts will be almost all of negative nature. Conversely Mr. Triumph will obey if you tell him to do what you have to do. He will help you to accomplish your goals and stay motivated.
Fire Mr. Defeat. You do not need his services. He has no utility in your life. He cannot help you to go to destination, throw him outside of your office.
Dedicate 100 % of your time to Mr. Triumph. He will show you the road to success.
