The average person watches 3 hours of TV a day after work. So, I thought, instead of watching TV why not self improve every day?
Every day, 7 days a week, I'll post what I did that day. I focus on the following: study, language learning, meditation and fitness.
Yeah! So let's go.

August 08 2015, Day #1
[HASHTAG]#SELF[/HASHTAG] REFLECTION
* What I thought of today - traveling to buy food is a waste of time . It's 2015, time to get grocery delivery service.
[HASHTAG]#GYM[/HASHTAG]
72 weighted squats (wearing 60 lbs weighted vest), 58 sit ups holding a 15 lbs dumb bell, 53 push ups.
[HASHTAG]#GENERAL[/HASHTAG] KNOWLEDGE
* Read on e-reader (25 minutes) - currently reading "Marco Polo: From Venice to Xanadu" by Laurence Bergreen. Current progress: 74/402 - Marco continues his journey across Afghanistan. Apparently the silk road goes from Eastern Europe all the way to China's eastern sea shore.
* Listen to audio book (45 minutes) - currently listening to "Prelude to Foundation" by Isaac Asimov, the book is about Hari Seldon who discovered "Psycho History" a theoretical science that predicts the future (civilization) using massive data. Emperor Cleon said 'Man, this Hari guy is dangerous let's kill him" so now they're hunting for him.
[HASHTAG]#LANGUAGE[/HASHTAG] STUDY
* Vietnamese language (25 minutes) - translate Vietnamese song lyrics. Vietnamese songs are so metaphorical, those deep and hidden meanings for the feels.
* English grammar (25 minutes) - learned comparing attributes using adjectives.
[HASHTAG]#MEDITATION[/HASHTAG]
* Meditate (10 minutes) - Did 10 minutes meditation. Still listening to guided meditation "gateway to presence" by Tara Brach. I listen to her every meditation session because I'm a meditation newbie, despite meditating for years now. Recently I have meditated every day. Today's session is 40th consecutive days meditating, feels good mang. Meditation is like doing reps at the gym. I must meditate every day and get spiritually stronger.
