I am humbled to be in the position to have met and become good friends over the last few months with someone who is very well connected in the business world, and very successful (making hundreds of millions).

Not only has he been a friend, but I have been helping him with a project of his, and he has been helping me with advice in my entrepreneurial journey. Now, I have the opportunity to bring him into a company of mine as an advisor. This would be for a small piece of equity in exchange for his expertise and the connections he has.

If you were in my shoes, what would you do? I am curious to hear some different ideas.
