The Advertising Thread

So...as we put out more books, I'm wondering how to best spread the word. The folks over at KBoards are always talking about BB (BookBub), ENT (Ereader News Times - i think lol), and all manner of advertising spots, but I wanted to know if you'd used them & how it's worked out for you.

The only thing I've done so far is boosted a few posts on FB, which was a complete crapshoot. My fan page got likes, but that's about it. I've had better success just Facebooking & Tweeting about my books.

But, I'm running my first "ad" next week. After reading about the Kindle Books & Tips blog, I decided to grab a "regular" spot for $25. We'll see if it has any effect on sales.

Anyway, let's share our results on paid advertising....
