So here's my random thought...

This last week I did some traveling. Before traveling, I downloaded Netflix content so I can watch the programs while flying in the air.

AI content was my focus on all my travel days.

One documentary was particular disturbing and worth a watch:

Don't be fooled by the title.

This documentary was entirely about Artificial Intelligence, and how it can be turned and used against us, in the most disturbing ways.

Let me be clear: I am not an AI fear-monger, however, this documentary gave some incredible insights into WHY there is fear, and WHY that fear is justified.

Some things to note from the piece:

• With a simple 6 year old Mac computer and an AI, scientists were able to discover some biological recipes for the most toxic, deadly molecules to man. We're talking apocalyptic shit. In other words, biological weapons whose formulas are easily accessible.
• A seasoned fighter pilot with decades of flight experience could not defeat an AI fighter pilot in a dogfight and lost 99.999% of the time.
• The "dual use" conundrum on how new technologies advance us forward, while opening up a Pandora's box that can destroy us. Example: Nuclear power vs Atom bombs.

The other AI films I watched were fiction pieces -- yes, completely fiction, but unfortunately, they didn't seem far from reality.
