I want you to pull out your phone, get a pen and piece of paper, even notepad. Got something to write with? Ok awesome.
Now the one question I want you to answer is this one thing, keep it simple, and straight forward. One sentence or less. I want you to close your eyes, take a deep breath and visualize this ONE THING.
Ok, now write that one thing down on the paper in front of you. Now set a timer for one hour, drop everything you're doing. Do that one thing until the timer goes off. No distractions, nothing. Now make a habit, of "Singularity of focus", and a habit of just doing it. Time management, prioritization, and a lack of a clear plan/goal. Have likely kept you going around in circles.
Pick one thing, and stick to it. Don't even think about it you get so suck in ANALYSIS PARALYSIS.
Who knows, maybe this exercise will help you get going. Remember you're forming a new habit. Don't overthink it, make a habit of just doing it.
