The Fastlane Formula
Recent threads and discussions have been asking about "money making ideas."
Can I have an idea so I can make some quick money?
Many of threads had great responses but were not ideas, the responses consisted of advice that is worth more than an idea itself.
An idea is worth nothing unless taking under action.
You can't sell an idea for a product but you can surely sell a patent.
You can't sell an idea for a website but you can surely cash in selling a site.
What my point is, is that people come from all walks of life. Everyone has unique backgrounds , skills , and life experiences.
If a heart surgeon asks you to perform surgery for him cause he is too tired, would you be able to do it?
For the patient's sake, please say No.
You do not posses the skills or knowledge of medicine to perform the surgery.
It is the same exact case when it comes to asking for money making ideas.
Each entrepreneur has his/her own area of expertise.
Some are involved in E-Commerece, others Real Estate and some others in inventing. They have developed their own niche market and cater to it accordingly.
This niche market did not just appear in front of their eyes or was handed to them in a great miracle.
The process that I call for the creation of a niche market is called the Fastlane Formula.
The Fastlane Formula is unique for every single individual and is created by yourself. No one will do it for you. You must do it yourself through taking action. It consists of some very basic components and many things can be added or subtracted to it as you see fit.
The following is what the Fastlane Forumla consists of--
1.Motivation-- Motivation plays a huge role in your life. It could be the Lamborghini, the freedom, the mansion in Beverly Hills, whatever gets you to take action, keep yourself motivated. Your motivation and hunger can never cease. You need to keep that fire within you alive even when someone will want to steal it from you.
2. The Business Idea- Business ideas are everywhere. Look at all the problems miniscule and large in our world. All of them have a sign sticking straight up out of them and the sign says "Opportunity." In every problem you encounter throughout the day there is way to solve it. People have created products and websites out of the problems they have encountered in their daily lives and sold them for millions of dollars. Notice how I say products (physical things) not ideas. The process of getting from idea to product requires execution.
3.Execution- One of the hardest parts for many people in the formula. Getting up off your a$$ and finally taking action. Execution of the idea requires sacrifice, taking the step into the unknown, taking the risk of losing money or the risk of being laughed at. Taking action can be done in numerous forms- Learning HTML coding, creating a prototype for your invention, researching your target market. Everything that develops your idea into a reality is taking action. Once that first step is done, you will find that taking the next steps won't be as intimidating but actually exciting and full of curiosity of what will happen next. If execution is not done, you will always stay in the same place with your idea, which will eventually lead to " OOO I thought of that!" Well, the proper response to that then is STFU! :smxF:
4.Experiences, Creativity, Skills- Execution requires work to be done and right along side that work comes in a great deal of help. This is what separates one entrepreneur from the other, one business from another. The skills that life has taught you are applied to making your idea a reality. The lessons that you have learned from real life experiences can ease many of the problems that can pop up along the way because you already know what to do. Use your creativity and imagination to play and experiment. Make your product or website more appealing, make it unique from all the others out there. Make it convince your target market that your product is the best out there. Your skills, creativity, and experiences give you that edge that no one can compete with it. Go ahead, see what kind of masterpiece you can create.
5.Determination- Many times problems can leads to doubts and fear. As MJ calls this the Desert of Desertion. You feel that there is no light at the end of the tunnel, and that no one is there to support you. Guess what, if you made it this far there is no such thing as quitting. Just remind yourself of what you have accomplished in the past and that you can and will get over this dilemma. You must be the stronger person in this situation. Do not let fear or some person convince you other wise.
6.Repetition- This is the Fastlane Formula. It requires action and execution to work. It may not always work for you the first time but keep trying until it finally makes sense and works. Everyone's formula is unique and no one's is exact. Each person is different, they have their own set of unique skills and experiences. Many people have discovered their formula and created the life they have always dreamed of. Once they figured out their formula, they used repetition to create their desired results.
So in review-
The Basic Fastlane Formula Consists of the following--
Motivation + Business Idea + Execution + ECS + Determination + Repetition + ___________
What can you add to make the formula work for you?
Will you be willing to make the sacrifice and find out?
Or would you rather just sit and wait for an idea to come to you and then see it on TV while someone else is getting rich?
