Hello guys!
So, as promised, I would bring up this link up here about a recent weight loss article that was done as of yesterday! And yes, that's me.
The article took a bit of time to write but it turned out well, I think. Anyways, if you guys want some motivation then you can refer to the article. Basically, my weight loss journey was a major life change for me; my body, mind and spirit became very interconnected during this phase. I got to know myself a LOT more than ever and I knew what I was capable of. Surprisingly, the impossible became possible for me.
Without some things, I wouldn't be who I am today. Everything has happened for a reason, no matter how significant or otherwise. Just gotta follow your "truth" in your life, let it be a compass and be like water. Adjust accordingly and go with the flow. The life will guide you to where you want to go. It's funny how all the "dots" just seem to connect and you just now know and you trust it. Be in the now without being a slave to the past or the future and you won't suffer more than necessary.
If I can do it then another man can. However, you just have to trust yourself completely regardless of circumstance because you just "know". Your mind and body connects and your spirit guides you forward to other phases in life.
To me, losing almost 300 LBS is the equivalent of becoming a millionaire. Being healthy, being able to fit in any clothes, being able to be perceived positively, being able to motivate or be motivated, being able to do so many things, having more energy overall, the freedom from the stress of obesity, etc. You aren't a slave to food or to your emotions or to negativity or anything but you're completely free. Freedom. Just like with money.
In fact, life is all about being free. When you embrace the Heaven inside you then you're free. I mean, if you try to go into the skies to go to Heaven, birds will get there before you. When you try to go into the seas to get into Heaven, the fishes will get there before you. Realize the Heaven within and you'll already be there. When people are a slave to corporations, debts, obesity, the past, the future, or anything, then they're in Hell.
Well, if I have lost almost 300 LBS, then can I achieve millions? Well, I say it's time to make some money!
