I was wondering...almost going on 10 years working with myself and my clients, there are definitely key ingredients to success and for me it keeps coming back to two main things - the mindset and the action. Taking the right actions with the right mindset is crucial. Most people have a good mindset but take the wrong actions or take actions with the wrong mindset. (Mindset doesn't mean positive thinking - its the automatic way you think.) (actions - i feel habits are included here)
It definitely does appear to be key ingredients and of course - in side each one are many factors but if i had to simplify it - i would say it is this BUT Spirituality is very important in my success - meditating in my morning routine for example but also feeling grounded and present as a person. etc
For me, i'm so convinced that we need the right foundations to build long lasting success and I would love to hear anyone's thoughts on what they think are the key ingredients to success in the simplest form
