There are two ways we can learn
Through direct experience
Or through repetition.
Meaning if you want learn how to have a successful business
You're either going to waste large amounts of time & money
doing things destined to fail who others have already tested
Or you're going to listen to someone who has "been there, done that"
The problem with #2 is that...
It's not enough to just listen to this advice once or twice
It needs to be ingrained into your mind...to the point it affects
your business decision making without a lot of conscious thought
Most things don't gets ingrained into our minds until about 17 or so
times we have been exposed to it
This is why you might not want to complain about people who are repetitive in their
teaching styles
They're making it easier for you to accumulate those 17 exposures
Also the problem with #2 is...
We start thinking "I know this already" and you shut it out
However...like Bruce Lee said..it's not enough "knowing"..you must "do"
Try listening or reading your favorite business book 17 times and see how much
your business decision making changes
