The product you created decides about the success your customer can have. It is the One thing your customer can get for his success. The only space you created your customer can move towards his desire and his final goals.
The Quality of your product shows how you lead your company. If you dont control your company the quality of your product decreases. At some point everybody has to outsource his work. To make it bigger and more efficient. Every new person change with his idea the product itself. In a positive also in negative way. Dont forget about the principles your product should have.
