Dear fastlaners, I want to start a big thread on real estate. I want experienced investor stories. Like how did you got started, what strategies did you implemant and worked best for you, how many time did it take to reach your goal number, how was your first deal,etc.My dream is to become a multi-millionaire and I want to know if real estate is really worth it. For me real estate investing has one of the greatest fastlane potential.From what I understood the fastlane is about 4 key ingredients to your success.Freedom, wealth, security and control. Real estate has it all.It can survive recession.It has compound interest that can leverage your income substantially.It doesn't take much of your time. It fills the need of others. There are so many strategies to work your plan. For example; rent to own, buy and hold, flips, etc. Give us the pros and cons of real estate.
