Do not run from pain.
It sounds like a useless platitude, but what is so demotivating about this secret isn't its uselessness, its what it suggests. It suggests that improvement has no answer. So in light of that I will give you one more secret and an example of how it is critical to success and how it is used.
Pain is an illusion, and new mental models will eradicate it in its totality (yes, all of it)
Leaving behind boldness as a "waste product".
Example:
I hate using myself as an example (pretentious at best) but I will.
If I had percieved negative sounding comments as hostility, taken my pride and walked out of this forum, I would now lack the boldness I can now weild and use for business tasks.
Choosing the pain was only tough, because I could not yet see what was happening.
Choosing the painful path kept me on path.
And on a larger level, the painful path is the one that requires the most diligence, effort, and perceptiveness, meaning it is likely to be advanced beyond your current level.
So if you wanna improve, the secret to finding the path is simple.
When asked if you want it to be easier.
