The war against small business!!!

The following biz week article burns me up. I think im cancelling my subscription lol. I can post these all day long; cant these airhead academics understand that even microsoft and apple were once small businesses and we should create an environment for them to flourish instead of stomping them out? Why do we have such an anti small business environment out there? Large companies are creating more jobs overseas than domestically and most of them are stale and not innovative. This is my rant but discussion is welcome.
