Only reason I'm writing because how a 1 man manages his store and running his business over 10 years by Outsourcing his eBay business.
I can't tell you exactly what he sells and how he operates it. But we are his ultimate backbone. We work day in day out to manage his business. Needless to say he is with us since 5 years,
It's was few months back i joined his team to manage all eBay listings, designing, product description and everything in between related.
I wonder sometimes, there are still some Millionaire left in eBay except heavy reselling, Astonishingly he sells only around 20-50 products.
And he spends around only 2-3K around on Monthly basis to manage his store.
If you have any specific questions regarding anything related to eBay shoot me here anything,
I regularly, daily deal with Final value fee, Managing tons of products, product listings, & importing from Alibaba!!
anything and everything in-between about eBay! I'm happy to help!
What I learnt from him?
1. He daily connects and communicates with No matter where is in the World?
2. Diligently solve, guides & suggest about product. We are not expert in his subject of matter. But we are ok!
3. He list products in Volume!!
4. Promptly pay up + bonus sometimes.
5. Accepts apologies, lots of it. When some product goes wrong to correct address.
6. Long lasting business niche! It's a gold mine.
7. Sells lot of accessories along with it.
8. Chinese are his love of life.
