I thought the same thing - fuschia, I think.

Maybe his plate is in reference to his uplink member (i.e., MLMPAYS ... someone)?

Yeah, I read that and thot, "Gee, bet my white vert is too sissy for the Mountain Man as well."

(along w/my british racing green vert, my other white vert, my camel yellow vert . . .)

But my Black Ford Excursion is muey macho, eh? :groove:

(and if not that, perhaps my stripped down Bronco? It's not Eddie Bauer, if that helps)

How do we know it's not a woman driving the pansy colored car?

Jeez, for that matter, how do we know it's not racing red, and the cell phone camera just had a hard time w/the sunlight?

Still, for those here who worry about being seen in pansy colored cars, I guess this is important: Don't even *think* of buying a red car, as it might be mistaken for pink, fuchsia, or (gasp) pansy colored.

I'd guess any light colored car would be in danger of this. Stick to black.

Or just cover it all w/mud.

Who cares if you drive a "pansy" car? Does that make you less of a man?

I think that's the point of our friendly jabs.

Perhaps I'd rephrase your question:

Does driving a "pansy" car make you feel like less of a man?

And if the answer is "yes", then perhaps the following routes could be taken:

Nabble - Swazoo - Learn how to be a real man

Macho Type and Male Ego

and of course, the classic:

Penis Size and Cars@Everything2.com

Nope, Sid it doesn't make you less of a man but driving a "Crazy" car surely gets your blood flowing. I've gotten to experience first hand the acceleration from 0-95 in an LP640  and boooyyyy did it put a smile on my face, as I got out of the car, I felt like I was on top of the world, you feel refreshed and ready to run a mile. I bet a few people on this board could relate to my story maybe even with a different car.
